Post 8: English lenguage challenges

Imagen
This post is about my experience studying English at university and writing these blogs. Of the four years that I have been in college I have only had one semester of classroom English, the rest have been online due to the pandemic. Personally I like English very much, but it has been difficult to study it online, I feel that it costs me a little more. I also want to add that every semester was a different professor, due to the changes in the schedule, and that made me feel that there was not much continuity in the learning process. Regarding the teachers, they all have a different methodology when it comes to teaching and I think that is a good thing. The blog and its posts, is something I had never done before and I like the exercise of writing about different topics. In relation to the aspects that I need to improve in English is communication, since I have been able to practice writing and reading, but I have not been able to improve communicating verbally. Post 7: Changes to my Study programme

Imagen
Today I will write about "Changes in my curriculum." In relation to the study plan of my career, I can say that I am satisfied with each of the courses. I feel that each branch is related to the other, and there is a balance between theoretical and practical branches. The only thing that has demotivated me a little is the fact that I only have two days in class, in which the practical classes are done, to take advantage of the space, since studying dance in the dining room is not very comfortable, but even so, it is very little, and I think the academic load is poorly organized in that sense. Well, regarding the infrastructure of the faculty of arts, I can only say that it is too abandoned, starting with the elevator that is never right. If I could change anything about the faculty it would be everything, haha. The building should have more dance rooms to accommodate the number of students, as well as dressing rooms.  Something positive in relation to technology is that came...

post 6 : Postgraduate Studies

Imagen
Postgraduate Studies   If you ask me if I would take postgraduate courses, I would say yes, because I like to learn new things related to my interests. I personally like many areas in relation to art, I like drawing, theater, singing and photography, yes or yes, I would take a course in one of these areas, but it would not be so formal. I would like to do a postgraduate degree in cultural management, but I would do it outside Chile.I would like it to be something relaxed, so that I have time to continue dancing and working, and if possible vacationing as well. The reason why I would do a postgraduate degree in cultural management is because I would like to be able to generate instances in which the art of people who do not have many opportunities or resources is made visible, especially in the field of dance.

Post 5 : My future job

Imagen
My future job    What kind of job would I like to have? How do I imagine it? I would like to work doing dance classes obviously, the style could be contemporary dance or urban dances, the truth is that I am not closed to any type of technique. I imagine myself giving classes in academies, or personalized, but I also imagine myself being an interpreter, or an active dancer, traveling with a company, that would be perfect, working in what I really love. At the moment I haven't given much thought to the salary, but, as long as it's enough for the basics, what really matters to me is that I'll be doing what I love. I am excited just thinking about it, in fact it is something that is not too far away, I am already starting to do it little by little, I hope to do it well.

Post 4: A photograph that I like

Imagen
A photograph that I like I personally love photos, photo shoots, recordings, all of that. This photo is from September, 2015, and was taken by the modern dance teacher we had Majolie Nachar. This photo was taken in a room of the "Liceo Experimental Artístico" we had finished our class. We tried to make a mandala among us. This picture brings me many beautiful and fun memories, I really like this picture because I am with friends of my soul, with whom I shared and continue to share what we are passionate about, dance. They are Juan Meza, María Paz Silva, Alexandra Bravo and Carolina Machuca. I love them.

Post 3 : Favorite Movie

Imagen
Favorite movie Personally I really like cinema, I like it to the point of wanting to make movies, but that's another matter. My favorite genres are: Suspense, Science Fiction, Psychological and Fantasy. One of the movies that most marked me was "The Butterfly Effect". this movie became one of my favorites, because of its plot, the characters, the theory on which it is based, everything! The film "Butterfly Effect" comes from chaos theory, (No spoiler) the idea of this is that, given the initial circumstances of a chaotic system, the slightest variation of circumstances can cause the system to evolve in completely different ways. The title of the film is a reference to the so-called "butterfly effect", according to which "the fluttering of a simple butterfly can cause a hurricane on the other side of the world".

Post 2: The best holidays

Imagen
The best holidays If you ask me what my best vacation was, I know the answer. I went to Pichilemu on vacation for a week with my group of friends. They are: Seba, Nisa, Raul, Edu, Arcano, Negra, Tae, Teby, Panda, Yuffo and Petter. I went twice, the first time was in January 2020. One of my best friends has a house there, so I went with my best friend on the bus and we stayed for a week. That week all we did was have a good time, we used to eat in the center, go to the beach all day, taking pictures or swimming. We would come home at night to eat and dance and it was like that all week. Sometimes at night, we would spend our money in the stuffed animal machines, or go to the craft fairs. The second time I went, we got a room in the cultural center, so we could rehearse, since all my group of friends dance. it was the best vacation because it was the first time I went out with my family, and because they were beautiful and fun moments that I will never forget.
